Can You Know Today that You Are Going to Heaven – God Will Finish His Work

Philippians 1:6

“And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.”

Reflection:

Is there anything God cannot do?

Yes. He cannot sin. Specifically, He cannot and will not do anything He does not want to do. To put the matter positively, God can do anything that He wants to do.

Christian, God has desired to save you. He has done it. Jesus has already died for your sins. His righteousness has already been imputed to you by faith in Christ. Your salvation is His work in your life. Rejoice today! Although your finances are bleak, although your health is failing, you are going to heaven! “He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.”
