The Love of God in Time – The Past

Psalm 18:6

“In my distress I called upon the LORD; to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.”

Reflection:

How many times has God been faithful to you in the past?

Consider your life today. How different would your life be right now if not for the countless examples of the love of God in your past? How different would your life be had He not watched over you, preserved you, and provided in ways you never even noticed?

While those infinite graces are difficult to measure, one grace you likely can measure is this: can you think of times when you have called out to the Lord for help and He has answered and delivered you? Remember, this morning, how He has cared for you in the past. Move forward today knowing that nothing has changed. He loves you still in Jesus Christ. He will care for you today.

In Christ,
